Machine factory next to the dyke

In the polder in Zuidland, next to the dyke, an industrial building had to be built for a machine factory. Usually this is a large cheap hall with a smaller slightly more expensive office block attached. Here, both are integrated. A 22-metre by 120-metre "monster" lying dormant in the middle of the asphalt plain (where the stuff can stand). The mirror image of the profile of the embankment. The office section with the three boardrooms overlooking the dike, a patio with a garden in the office section and a
coffee/dressing room waiting tower between the multifunctional business hall. On the first floor, the canteen for both people in overalls and suits, with a balcony in the patio overlooking the dyke.
